How do you tap into a new market with a new brand?
After a few years of building ovens and hitting a sales plateau though, Fire Pie wanted to begin growing their market reach without the use of a nationwide dealer network. We offered up a mix of content development, social support and a whole new website to get them off to a good start. What we didn’t anticipate was what would be uncovered during our market research. Long story short, they were selling the wrong product to the wrong people. We helped them craft a new approach by expanding their service offering from one-off custom outdoor ovens, to full outdoor living spaces. Over time, this gave them a lot more leverage in the industry, and infinitely more expandability with their market potential.
Today, in conjunction with their partner company, Bruns General Contracting, they can provide about anything you may need within the residential and commercial markets.
